Big White Shed is a not-for-profit independent publisher dedicated to supporting creativity, collaboration and the sharing of stories. We work to amplify underrepresented voices, providing opportunities for people whose experiences, perspectives and ideas may otherwise go unheard to be recognised, shared and published.

Through peer publishing, writing and editing support, and collaborative creative projects, we help people bring their ideas to life, tell their own stories and reach wider audiences. We believe that everyone has a story worth telling and that diverse voices enrich our communities and our understanding of the world.

Our work is driven by social and creative value rather than private profit, with a commitment to making publishing and creative expression more accessible and inclusive.
